Health is represented by the red bar on the bottom of your screen right below your blue stamina bar.
Your health is decreased each time you take damage.
There are a few ways to receive damage: - getting attacked by enemies - taking fall damage - eating poison - side effect of consumable
You can replenish your health by skills (active or passive) or consumables.
Max health can be increased by skills, in-game name or warpaints.
